By accessing or using PhantomAI ("Service"), operated by Quantisage ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PhantomAI provides AI-generated analysis and picks for sports prediction markets. The Service includes daily picks, confidence scores, and market intelligence delivered through a subscription-based dashboard.

3. Not Financial Advice

PhantomAI provides informational content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. All picks and analysis are for educational and entertainment purposes. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding prediction market trading.

5. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or share picks from the Service; (b) use automated systems to scrape content; (c) reverse-engineer our AI algorithms; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) share your account with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, data analysis, branding, and materials on PhantomAI are owned by Quantisage and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantisage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any picks or analysis. Trading in prediction markets involves risk and you may lose your entire investment.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
